device on a Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) network, which includes the
World Wide Web. Your computer has an IP address, which is required in order for You to

whenever You access the site, whether or not You provide Us with any Personal Information.
B. CLICK STREAM DATA. When You visit Our website We may also collect click stream data,
including but not limited to server address, domain name, and other items (“Click Stream Data”).

We do not track users or customers across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore our
Site does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. However, some third party sites may keep track of Your
browsing activities when they serve You content, which enables them to tailor what they present to You. If You
are visiting such sites, Your browser may allow You to set the DNT signal on Your browser so that third parties
(particularly advertisers) know You do not want to be tracked.
Third parties that have content placed or embedded on Our website may set cookies on Your browser and/or
obtain information about the fact that a web browser visited a specific website from a certain IP address. Third
parties cannot collect any other Personal Information of Yours from Our website unless You provide it to them
directly.

about You to law enforcement, to prevent fraud or abuse, or to protect Our legal rights.

for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year, please contact us in writing to our

10. NO USE OF THIS SITE BY PERSONS UNDER 18 PERMITTED
10.1. REGISTRATION DECLINED. Only persons who are 18 years or older are permitted to use this
website. Personal registration information submitted by a person under the age of 18, or under the
age of 13 without the consent of the person’s parent or legal guardian, will not be accepted.
Company is committed to protecting the privacy of children and has no intention of collecting
personal data from children. We encourage parents and guardians of children to regularly check
and monitor their children’s use of e-mail and other activities online.
10.2. NOTICE CONCERNING CHILDREN. PLEASE NOTE: We are a general audience site, and do not
direct any of Our content specifically at children under 13 years of age. We understand and are
committed to respecting the sensitive nature of children’s privacy online. If We learn or have reason
to suspect that a Site user is under age 13, We will promptly delete all Personal Information in that
user’s account. If You are a parent or guardian of a child under the age of 13 has become a

13. EU SAFE HARBOR COMPLIANCE.
Company complies with the U.S.-EU Safe Harbor Framework and the U.S.-Swiss Safe Harbor Framework as set
forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use and retention of Personal Information from
European Union member countries and Switzerland. Company has certified that it adheres to the Safe Harbor
Privacy Principles of notice, choice, onward transfer, security, data integrity, access, and enforcement. To learn more

14. DELETING OR MODIFYING PERSONAL INFORMATION
You may cancel Your registration at any time, and You may opt out of receiving any e-mails from Company.
Additionally, You can choose to have all Your Personal Information deleted from Our database. You may opt out, or
delete or modify Your Personal Information, by visiting Our website registration page and following the instructions
